Business-Focused Services: InstaFi’s offerings, including expense management, deposit products, card programs, real estate analytics, and any AI-driven solutions, are primarily used by real estate investors, contractors, lenders, or other business entities. This Policy applies to individuals who use, apply for, or interact with our Services in a business capacity, as well as visitors to our websites and interactions at events or via email.
Third-Party Services: Our Services may link or integrate with third-party software, data aggregators, card issuers, or other vendor platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, CRMs, title companies). Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. If you connect or utilize those platforms via InstaFi, please review their terms independently.
Updates to this Policy: We reserve the right to revise this Policy at any time. We’ll post changes on our website and update the “Last Updated” date. For significant updates, we may notify you by email or in-Service notifications.

Account Creation & Onboarding
Business Information: Name of the entity, tax ID, business address, bank account details, property addresses, organizational documents.
Authorized Users: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, roles/positions within the company, login credentials.
Verification Data: If required by financial regulations, we may collect personal identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport, social security number) of beneficial owners or control persons to meet KYC/AML obligations.
Card & Expense Use
Transaction Details: Payment method, vendor, date, location, purchase category, notes or memos.
Uploaded Receipts: Photos, PDF scans, or digital receipts you attach to transaction records.
Communications
Feedback & Support: Information you provide when contacting InstaFi for support, completing forms, or providing feedback on features.

Affiliates & Subsidiaries
Entities within the InstaFi corporate group, under this Policy’s same privacy obligations.

AI-Processed Data: If using AI modules, certain training or inference data may be kept in anonymized form to enhance model performance, unless your Company requests deletion and no other regulatory requirement prevents it.
